It has been over a week since any work was done to the street yet this still remains. No construction crew appeared for a week. I left a copy of Metatrons cube on top in case this is some kind of ritual. Sign reads last day of construction is 8/2/22 yet nothing has been worked on for over a week. It started on 7/19/22 and work ended over a week ago except my right side neighbors front entrance who has been harassing me with noise for the past 6 months.
Affidavit of neighbor making harassing noise. This has been going on for last 6 months. Majority of times, it was him making screeching noise cutting metal with electric saw. As soon as I started recording and played it back to him, he stopped. It has been quiet ever since.
