Learn how to make Almond Chicken - easy to make with lots of veggies, crunchy almonds, garlic, ginger, and of course crispy and juicy chicken. The sauce is easy too, with brown sugar, sesame oil, mirin, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
🍓INGREDIENTS🍓:
Stir Fry:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided use)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup zucchini (quartered lengthwise and sliced)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1 inch pieces)
4 cloves garlic (minced)1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
1/2 cup blanched almonds (sliced or slivered)
1/2 cup chopped green onionssalt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
